Doug Diers operates camps and clinics throughout the state and is fast becoming one of the premier shooting clinicians in Iowa. He has made an impact in the lives of over 2500 kids in the first 3 years of Shoot-It.
Doug not only helps them with basketball, but has an emotional connection with kids. He genuinely wants to see them succeed in sports and life. He coaches, referees, gives motivational talks, and raises 3 children with his wife.
