Lil Hot Shots is an opportunity for kids in grades K-2 to learn the basic fundamentals of basketball and have a blast playing basketball at the same time. We will meet two times weekly. Dribbling games, shooting contest and 3 on 3 games will be played the last 15 minutes of each day.
The GOAL of Lil Hot Shots is to teach the game. The best way to do this is by repetitious games of shooting, passing and dribbling. Hoops will be lowered for each age bracket. Each session will cover the following:
- Ball Handling and Dribbling skills
- Offensive Skills
- Agility & Speed exercises
- Shooting Drills
When: Sundays starting Jan 4th and going until Feb 15
Time: Boys 1:00-2:15 / Girls 2:15-3:30
