9:00-10:00 Fundamental Skill work

10:00-11:00 Douma Shooting workout

11:00-12:00 Same sided games to build basketball IQ

12:00-1:00- Lunch Break (On your own for lunch)

1:00-2:00- Foot work (Pivots, jab steps, up-n-unders, step throughs…)

2:00-3:00 Leadership & Communication Skills

3:00-5:00 Competitive Games
