Teaching

“Kaylee will be there! She's never had a top notch basketball coach like you and she knows it because of what you've already taught her!! Thank you for your help and I'm sure she will be attending more camps in the future!”

Juli J -Parent

“I think way too often we don't give positive feedback so I wanted to send an email. My daughter is MaKenna S. and she "loves" the BB clinic. She says you make it fun so that it doesn't seem like work and wishes she could always work out with you. I truly appreciate you and your clinic!!!!”

Tina S -Parent

“So thanks again for bringing fun, positivity and God into basketball for these young ones. It’s so wonderful to see. Great work.”

Angela P. -Parent

“Thank you for another great season. Can't say enough, how highly we regard your program. You do a great job letting the kids be themselves, but also provide structure/organization and expectations. Plus the wonderful component of keeping our focus on what matters most. Man, were you a teacher previously?!?! Super impressed!”

Kara K -Parent

“Thank you very much for all your time with the kids! Sam (Weaver) had a such a great time and we think he came so far this year as a player! It was amazing to see what they learned over the last few months. My husband and I were also talking about what a great set-up it is to have older kids coaching at the games. I’m sure it’s a great experience for them, and it gives parents the opportunity to watch and enjoy the games from the sidelines. While I have been a volunteer parent coach for almost every sports my kids play, and I do enjoy it, it was nice to have guilt-free time to sit and watch the games for once! 😊”

Tiffany W. -Parent

“Thanks for all you do for the kids Doug! You are a great mentor to them and we appreciate all the lessons you've taught Sam. What a great program!! He really enjoys basketball and is looking forward to playing and learning more in the years to come. :)”

Jawnica & Jon K. -Parent

Love the Game

“Thank you so much for all the time you put into our kids to help them with basketball but also the values and morals to become a team player, and how to become great young men and women! Thanks again!”

Jodi M. -Parent

“We appreciate all you do! Avner has really enjoyed this first go at basketball so far thanks to you (and that’s saying a lot for our avid wrestler)! Thanks!”

Sarah B -Parent

“Thank you!! Reagan had so much fun yesterday!! This morning he told me he wished he had basketball every day! Thank you for all that you do!!”

Jodi C -Parent

“THANK YOU for taking D to the tournament today. I had to run to the grocery store for a few quick items tonight and he rode along with me and talked about it the whole way there and back. He told me about your talk and how you mentioned your bracelet that says encourage and the Bible verse on your shoes.

I've been praying more and more for my kids to be surrounded by Godly examples in their lives as I know that soon (if not already) they'll listen to others even more than us. So, as D talked to me tonight I had tears in my eyes and a thankful heart - thankful that God has answered that prayer by placing you in his life and your words of truth from scripture in his mind and hopefully his heart.

Thanks for your impact on our 12 year old's life. We appreciate you and the time you've taken to invest in D.”

Sara & Steve R. -Parent

“Thanks for a fun season and all the work you put into making this happen.”

Beau & Christy B -Parent

“Thank you Doug and your team of coaches! Livia enjoyed basketball in this her first year. When they had to write about what they were excited about in 2019 in school, she said basketball and how proud of herself she was for trying it. You are a blessing to many! Thanks again.”

Dan S. -Parent

Be Great

1 Corinthians 10:31 “So whether you each or drink, or whatever you do, do it all for the Glory of god.”

“My son, Treyton P, did your basketball program this past winter. You handed out gray rubber bracelets with “Luke 12:48 SERVE” on it. He has worn it EVERY day since you gave it to him (shower, sleep, school, everywhere). On Monday, his bracelet broke during a game of dodgeball with the neighbor boys. He was so bummed, because that bracelet meant so much to him. I told him I would ask you if you happen to have an extra one that he could have. If not, no worries, just wanted to ask. You, and your program, truly touched the heart of my 8 year old!! Thank you!!”

Angie P. -Parent

Hi Coach Doug,

Dan and I just wanted to thank you for your time, energy, passion, and commitment to teaching Thomas more about basketball and sharing with him your love for the Lord and for the game. He thoroughly enjoyed his time in basketball this past season and we were thrilled with the entire experience.

Jenna H. -Parent

“THANK YOU Doug for an awesome season! Anna loved going to each practice and playing the games! She said after the last game that she wished basketball with you lasted all year ☺

Also, thanks for creating a positive and encouraging environment for the girls to learn about teamwork and how to treat others. Basketball skills are important but if you don't treat others with kindness and respect no one will want to be on your team ☺

Looking forward to learning about upcoming opportunities for the girls!!”

Alissa VR. -Parent

Thank you so much for all your hard work these past couple of months! We have seen growth in Addi for sure just being more comfortable with less anxiety doing a new activity! She is already asking when the next practice will be! 😊
